Cubs Club

WHAT A YEAR WE HAVE HAD! 

We have had a truly fabulous year in Cubs Club! It has been filled with so many exciting events, new friendships and ways to give back to the wider community.

Some of our highlights included:

• Running a Food Drive Fundraiser for Doncare, where our Cubs worked together to support local families in need.
• Collecting stamps and bread tags to contribute to important community recycling and raising money for wheelchairs.
• Cooking and serving at our Christmas Concert BBQ, which was a wonderful opportunity to connect with our school community.
• Playing a wide range of games during our fortnightly sessions, building teamwork, cooperation, and plenty of laughter!
• Making new friends and strengthening our Cubs community throughout the year.

We would like to extend a massive heartfelt thank you to Pat, from the Box Hill Lions Club, for all her support and guidance she has given us all this year. We look forward to working with her again next year. We would also like to thank Mrs Webster for her support in helping Pat run our meetings! And finally thank you to all our enthusiastic Cubs for their energy, kindness, and commitment this year.

Keep an eye out for information about joining Cubs Club in 2026. Membership will be open to students in Years 4 to 6. We can’t wait to welcome our next group of Cubs for another exciting year!

WHAT WE GOT UP TO THIS WEEK - OUR FINAL WEEK:

We finished our final session with one of our favourite games, "Guess Who". We had lots of laughs and learnt some interesting facts about our fellow members.
