Guiding Philosophies - Dr Emily Brindal 

Emily is offering professional coaching services in trade for other goods or services, or at discounted rates over July and August while she is trying to achieve 100 hours of practice to receive international accreditation. 

 

As a coach Emily can help you strive toward the best version of yourself. Sessions run 45-60 mins and can be done over the phone and in person. Sessions can focus on whatever challenge or goal you are working toward. You will be guided to reflect about what you want to achieve and generate ideas for how to make it happen.
