DENTAL VAN VISIT 2025

St Agnes' has the Dental Van coming to our school next term on Wednesday 30th July 2025. This is a free initiative to any families wanting to take up this opportunity. 

The mobile dental van is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and staffed by experienced dental professionals. The checkup will be completely covered by Medicare (CDBS) and parents don’t have to bear any out of pocket costs.

Benefits of the Service:

• Convenience: On-site dental check-ups without disrupting the school day.
• Accessibility: Services are available to all students, including those without regular dental care.
• Health Promotion: Early detection of dental issues, promoting overall health and well-being.

What We Offer:

• Comprehensive dental exams
• Preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, fissure sealants , fillings and extractions.
• Free checkups for the children who are not eligible.

If you would like your child/ren to have a check up from the dental van, please scan the QR code on the flyer below and fill in your details. 

Alternatively, complete the attached form and return it to school by Friday 27th June 2025. 

There are hard copies of the application form at the office if you would like to complete a paper copy.
