Basketball Tournament & District Athletics Highlights

On Monday, 26th August, Kingswood Primary School's Boys and Girls Basketball Teams proudly represented our school at the Mordialloc District Basketball Tournament held at Parkdale Secondary College. Both teams displayed exceptional teamwork and skill, winning all three of their group stage games. In the finals, they faced a tough opponent in Parkdale Primary School. Despite a well-fought match, both teams narrowly missed out on the top spot, finishing second in the tournament. We are incredibly proud of their efforts and sportsmanship. Congratulations to all the players for a fantastic performance!

The following week, on Tuesday, 3rd of September, a group of our talented athletes competed in the District Athletics event at Mentone Athletics Track. These students not only demonstrated great determination and ability, but also embodied the Kingswood spirit, making us all proud. A special congratulations goes out to the following students, who have qualified to advance to the Division stage in Term 4:
