CROSS COUNTRY NEWS

Dear Parents,

On Friday 1st May, 2026, St Mark’s will participate in the annual Cross Country event at Parker Reserve, from 11:50 am - 1:50 pm.

In line with SSV rules for Cross Country the children from Years 3-6 will be competing against other children from their age groups NOT in their class groups. The children in Years Prep - 2 will compete in their class groupings.

For example:

9/10 year old girls born in 2016/2017 will be competing against each other.

9/10 year old boys born in 2016/2017 will be competing against each other.

11 year old girls born in 2015 will be competing against each other.

11 year old boys born in 2015 will be competing against each other.

12/13 year old girls born in 2013/2014 will be competing against each other.

12/13 year old boys born in 2013/2014 will be competing against each other.

We hope the weather is kind to us, if not, the event will be postponed to a later date.
