Mordialloc College Art Show
On 15th October we were joined by many members of the Mordialloc College wider school community to celebrate and support the Arts.
This event showcased what we do best: provide a myriad of opportunities to support and celebrate the hard work of our students. The Art Show would not have been as successful as it was without the hard work of the ArtsTech team who came in over the weekend, and also after school to turn our EZ space into a gallery to wow our visitors; we kept this gallery open for two days after so that all students, and visitors from other primary schools could all be inspired by the work of our Mordialloc College artists.
On the evening, our music staff and students performed ensembles throughout the event, it really was a wonderful experience for everyone involved. A huge thanks to all of our ArtsTech team; yet again they have highlighted why Arts provision is so important to the community.
The Art Show proved to be another wonderful evening celebrating the art, VCD, media, technology, music and drama within our school and wider community. The exhibition show cased the amazing talent of students from year 7 through to year 12. We were able to collaborate with Edithvale Primary School demonstrating the wonderful creative ideas that are an incremental part of Education.
Congratulations to the Award winners who showed outstanding creative talent. Artworks have been sold at this year’s exhibition, as some artworks are too good to miss out on.
Congratulations to these students.
