Road Safety at St John's

Jayne Street and Paisley Drive

If parking on Jayne Street please use the footpath and the school crossing on Paisley Drive.
Parents are asked to role model road safety by not crossing the road on Jayne Street.

The front gates at St John’s remain open all day, while the electronic gate remains closed at all times.
The car park spaces are reserved for staff. Parents and carers are kindly asked not to park in this area due to limited availability. Park in the street and walk your student to the school.
Family vehicles should enter the school site via Paisley Drive and exit via Jayne Street.
There are six Kiss & Go zones (marked in yellow) for families to use. Do not park and leave your vehicle in the Kiss & Go zones.

Parents may drive through to the designated drop-off bays, where students can safely exit the vehicle.
A staff member in a hi-vis vest will be on duty to assist students in moving safely into the school grounds.
Parents must remain in their vehicles during drop-off.
Please note that no student supervision is available before 8:30 AM.

Parents should enter via Paisley Drive and queue in a safe and orderly manner.
Please do not park across the school crossing and be mindful of our neighbours.
Students will wait by the pedestrian gate and will be called by the teacher on duty as vehicles approach.
Once students are safely in their vehicles, families should exit promptly via Jayne Street.

Parents may use the school car park after 3:30 PM.
