After a successful debut at the FPS Fair last year, AUCTION FOR AN AUCTION returns to ART FOR ALL.

WHAT IS AUCTION FOR AN AUCTION?

If you're looking to sell your home, it's an opportunity to bid on real estate services from Jellis Craig Inner North. 

The highest bidder at the auction secures a world-class sales and marketing campaign, run by Justin Mellar, FPS parent and Jellis Craig Inner North agent.

What will you receive if you secure this prize? 

• Full service, auction, private sale or expression of interest campaign
• Complementary styling advice
• Complementary social media marketing

In addition to all of the above, Jellis Craig will generously include their sales commission into the deal. 

You will sign an agent agreement and 100% of the amount of the winning bid will be paid to the school on settlement of the property - this means that the winning bidder does not need to make any payment at ART FOR ALL; and the total of the commission paid for the sale of your house on Auction day will be given to FPS.

WHEN IS IT?

AUCTION FOR AN AUCTION will go off Sunday at PARTY FOR ALL on the ART BY ALL stage (under the fig tree.)
