Dear Sacred Heart Community,
Holding One Another in Prayer
As a faith filled community, we continue to hold in our prayers all members of our school family who are facing difficult times. We remember those who are grieving the loss of loved ones, those who are unwell, and those caring for family members experiencing illness.
May God's loving presence bring them comfort, strength, healing, and hope. May they be sustained by the care of family and friends and by the support of our Sacred Heart community.
Prayer
Loving God,
Surround all who are experiencing illness, grief, or hardship with Your healing presence and peace.
Grant strength to those who are unwell, comfort to those who mourn, and courage to those caring for loved ones.
May they know the support of our community and the reassurance of Your unfailing love.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen
Sacred Heart Feast Day Celebration
A heartfelt thank you to all the families, students, staff, parishioners, and friends who joined us for our Sacred Heart Feast Day celebration on Sunday.
It was wonderful to come together to celebrate this special occasion. A special thank you to Marty for leading the choir and to the students who generously shared their gifts through song, helping to make the Mass so prayerful and uplifting.
Thank you also to Father Aloysious and everyone who contributed to such a joyful celebration.
May the love of the Sacred Heart continue to guide and bless our community.
School Holiday Program at Sacred Heart❄️
A reminder that MACSEYE’s Winter Wonderland School Holiday Program will be running at Sacred Heart Preston from 29 June – 10 July, and we are still welcoming additional bookings.
Children from all schools are invited to attend for one day or more, with a range of fun and engaging activities including crafts, sports, excursions, and winter-themed experiences.
A sincere thank you to the families who have already booked and supported this program.
As this is a trial program, we would love to see strong enrolment numbers to support the continuation and growth of holiday care opportunities for our Sacred Heart community.
We warmly encourage families to consider this wonderful opportunity for their children these holidays.

🌟 Foundation (Prep) 2027 Enrolments - Now Open at Sacred Heart Primary School
A sincere thank you to the families who have already enrolled siblings, we are delighted to continue welcoming your family into our Sacred Heart community.
We encourage all current families to share and spread the word about what makes Sacred Heart such a welcoming, nurturing, and vibrant school. Word of mouth is a wonderful way to help other families discover our amazing community.

🌍 World Cup Day Lunch Order – Thank You
A big thank you to our Parents & Friends for organising the World Cup Day lunch orders and for your wonderful support in making this event a success. We especially acknowledge Cettina (Joseph’s mum), Marcus (Jacob and Madelyn’s dad), and Tendayi (Azariah’s mum) for their time and effort.
As part of our World Cup Day celebrations on Friday 19 June, students enjoyed coming dressed in their favourite soccer clothing, sports gear, or team colours.
Thank you to families for supporting the lunch orders and helping make the day a fun and festive community celebration.
Wishing our amazing Sacred Heart students, staff and families a wonderful final week of Term 2. Keep warm and take care.
