International Student Update

Welcome back to term 3  2026 and we hope you all had a wonderful break.

New Arrivals

We are very pleased  that we have 8 new international students for Term 1, bringing us to a total of 46 international students. Our  new students from Germany,  Republic Korea,  Singapore and China have all received a warm welcome from our school, teachers, class students  and their host families. We are happy to say they have settled in well and we wish them all the best for their new chapter in Australia. 

We would like to share some photos from their first week experience in Australia, including arriving at the airport, meeting their host families for the first time, the school tour and their first class. 

A Heartwarming Homestay Connection

During the recent school holidays, we had the pleasure of witnessing a wonderful milestone in our international student program. The parents of our student, Rosie, travelled all the way from China to visit her and meet her local homestay family.

Rosie’s parents were greeted with incredible warmth and hospitality. The visit provided wonderful peace of mind for her family back home, allowing them to see firsthand the safe, caring, and nurturing environment our host families provide.

We extend a massive thank you to Rosie’s host family, and to all of our wonderful homestay hosts, for opening their hearts and homes to our international students. You have played a very important role in our school  community.
