NAIDOC Week celebration

As part of our NAIDOC Week celebrations, we reviewed our letter sounds and learnt three Woi-wurrung words that linked to our Water Inquiry: Birrarung (Yarra River), banjii (water), and banabil (river). Learning these words gave us the opportunity to practise our letter-sound knowledge while recognising the importance of Aboriginal languages and strengthening our connection to Country through our exploration of water.
