P&F Meeting
On Wednesday 18 February, we held our first P&F meeting for the year where we appointed the 2026 Executive Committee, confirmed class representatives to manage our WhatsApp class groups, planned events for the year ahead, and called for volunteers.

We hope to have the WhatsApp class groups established next week. Please ensure you have approved the NForma form to join your class group.
Uniforms
Thank you to everyone who has donated second-hand uniforms. A reminder that only uniform items should be donated (please no undergarments). We kindly ask that items are washed prior to donating and free from large marks or holes.
With the new sports polo now available from Academy Uniforms, we will no longer be offering the old-style coloured house sports polos.
If you are in need of uniform items, please email stmarypandf@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist.
Shrove Tuesday
On Tuesday 17 February, we celebrated Shrove Tuesday, with the P&F providing pancakes for all students. A big thank you to Hannah, Rosie, Vicki, Nicole, Helen and Kathryn for helping cook up these delicious treats for the children.
Zooper Doopers
On Friday 27 February, Simone, Lisa and Kathryn served icy poles to the children for $1. These were very popular and well received on a hot day!
Ride to School Day – Friday 20 March
To celebrate Ride to School Day, we will be providing children with orange slices on their arrival to school. We are looking for a couple more volunteers to help with activities. If you are available between 8:20–9:00am, please email stmarypandf@gmail.com.
Volunteering
Our 2026 event calendar is looking great; however, we are still seeking volunteers for many of our planned events. We encourage every family to consider signing up for at least one event during the year.
Members of the P&F Executive will have a table set up in the yard at pick-up time on Friday 6 March. Please come and say hello, ask questions, or sign up to help
