Welcome to Grade 2 

Welcome to Year 2, 2026! This year, our team consists of Isabella De Maio and Natalie Simpson. We are excited to be your child’s teacher and to begin this wonderful journey of learning together. It is truly a privilege to partner with you in supporting your child’s growth, curiosity, and confidence.

This year, our classroom will be a place where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to try their best. We will focus on building strong foundations in literacy and numeracy while also nurturing creativity, kindness, independence, and a love of learning.

We believe that strong communication between school and home is key to a successful year. Working together, we can help your child thrive. Please know that we are always happy to chat about your child’s progress, answer questions, or provide support.
