QParents

QParents will have a refreshed look and layout from 20 October, making it easier for parents and carers to find information and complete common tasks.

Parents and carers will need to update the QParents app on 20 October to continue using it. If automatic updates are turned on, the app will update automatically and no action is required.

If automatic updates are turned off, users will be prompted to update the app and can follow the instructions provided.

What is changing for users

• A refreshed look and layout, including changes to the header, footer and colour theme
• A to-do list showing required activities for all children in one place
• Improved options to view information for families with multiple children
• Easier access to current consent requests
• The option to pay multiple selected invoices at once
•  

Clearer navigation, useful new features and improved accessibility will make QParents easier to use. Existing functions will remain available; they will simply look different.

Help us keep your contact details up to date. Please make sure your email address is up to date, so you do not miss important school information, including student safety updates, consent requests, invoices, report cards and other messages about your child.
