PFA

We are excited to share that, thanks to the incredible support of our school community and the success of recent fundraising efforts, the Parents and Friends Committee have been able to purchase 2 new drying racks for our Art rooms (value $2650) These amazing racks have 45 Spring-Loaded Shelves and will be able to keep the student’s artworks safe, organised and dry. It is always rewarding to see fundraising dollars being reinvested directly into resources and opportunities that support our children.
As we come to the end of another busy and successful term, the Parents and Friends Committee would like to extend our sincere thanks to our wonderful school community for your ongoing support, generosity, and involvement in our events and fundraising activities. The success of our initiatives is only possible because of the dedication of our volunteers, families, staff, and students who continue to contribute their time and enthusiasm throughout the year. We are proud of what we have achieved together and look forward to another exciting and productive term ahead. We have several events and activities planned and encourage everyone to stay involved and continue helping us strengthen the sense of community that makes our school such a special place. We wish all families a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable break and look forward to seeing everyone next term.

MOVIE NIGHT
Our Family Movie night is fast approaching. On Friday, 26th of June (last day of term 2) we are excited to be watching the much anticipated movie, Toy Story 5! Ticket sales are now SOLD OUT!
It’s going to be a great night and fun way to finish off the term!
CADBURY FUNDRAISER
The St Leonard’s PFA is excited to launch the 2026 Cadbury Chocolate Fundraiser and we'd love the support of our whole school community!
This fundraiser was a huge success for our school last year and with the funds raised we were able to replace ALL the ottomans in our school! This would not have been possible without the support of our families who went above and beyond to sell chocolates to the extended community.
This year we are raising money to purchase and replace some much needed new sporting equipment valued at $5,771.40! The school needs:
1 x Pickleball Set for Lunch time use on carpark ($659) 1 x Badminton kit ($699) 1x Tball stand ($64.90) 6 x multi use soft touch Balls ($1,920) 30 x Skipping ropes (2,428.50)
|
If you could help out by selling a box of chocolates (or more) we’d really appreciate it! Each box sold makes a profit of $20 for our school!
The family that sells the most boxes wins a $200 gift card! The fundraiser will begin on Monday 20th July.
NOTE- More information, selling tips and order forms will be sent home soon!
DADS OF ST LEONARD’S SOCIAL NIGHT - SAVE THE DATE!
The Parents and Friends Committee is excited to invite all dads, stepdads and father figures in our school community to our upcoming Dads' Social Night on Saturday 18th July at the Sporting Globe, Knox.
This is a great opportunity to take a break from the busy routines of work, school drop-offs, sport, and family commitments, and enjoy a relaxed evening catching up with other dads from our school community. Whether you're new to the school or have been part of the community for years, we'd love to see you there.
The evening is all about building connections, sharing a few laughs, and strengthening the friendships that make our school community such a welcoming and supportive place. No fundraising, no formalities—just a chance to get together and enjoy good company.
Thank you to the parents that have already offered to help at our PFA events. We are still seeking helpers for the following events in Term 2.
A valid Working With Children Check is needed to help at the school.
We will be publishing sign up sheets for Term 3 & 4 events soon.
