Principal's Report

Dear families,

As we reach the pointy end of Term 3, it feels like the perfect time to pause and reflect on just how much has been achieved this year. Across all year levels, there’s been so much learning, growth, and success, and it’s been fantastic to see everyone giving their all. I encourage you to keep working hard, but also to take time out for yourself to recharge along the way.

For our Year 12 students, the countdown is officially on — with only five weeks of school left! This is such a significant milestone, and I encourage you to make the most of every class, every day, and even the upcoming holiday break as you prepare for your final exams.

This week has been a big one for many students. Our Year 10s took part in the Driver Education program in Charlton, which is always such a valuable and eye-opening experience. I hope everyone walked away with new skills and confidence for the future! Meanwhile, our Year 8s were off on camp at Roses Gap in the Grampians, where they’ve had the chance to build friendships, take on new challenges, and enjoy learning and growing in the outdoors.

We’re also excited to be moving into our brand-new space very soon — a huge milestone for our whole school community. A massive thank you to everyone who has helped bring this vision for our new building to life. Next Friday, we’ll celebrate with our Father’s Day Breakfast in the new café, The Well. It’s the perfect chance to come together, enjoy the new space, and celebrate the special people in our lives.

Wishing you all the very best for the remainder of Term 3 — let’s finish strong!

Warm regards,

Poppy Peters, College Captain
