Congratulations to our Grade 6 winter interschool sports teams on an incredibly successful season. On Friday 24th July a number of our teams went to compete at the Moorabbin District Winter Sport Semi and Grand Finals. Teams played at various venues in our local area.

Our Soccer A team had a wonderful season and won the Grand Final 5-1. Our Spikezone team also won the Grand Final in scintillating fashion, 3 sets to 1! Mr. Attwood,'s interesting training methods worked a treat and the Tee ball team won the grand final too, 16-5.

Our Soccer B team and Mixed Netball team were runners up.

Thank you to all of our wonderful teachers (coaches) for your efforts throughout the season. We are all very proud of our grade 6 student’s achievements. We look forward to seeing what can be achieved next term in summer sport! Now we shift our focus onto the Athletics season!

We wish our school Athletics team the best of luck when they compete at the MPSSA Athletics Carnival on Monday 7th September at Duncan MacKinnon Athletics track. The team will be announced in the school newsletter and in assembly in the following weeks, so stay tuned!
