Sport 

Year 8 and Year 9/10 Boys Basketball 

Neither team was at full strength due to player illness and injury, but all did a great job representing the College across their six games. Thanks to Josh Stubbe and Kelly Burgiel for their coaching and mentoring this year. 

Year 8 Boys Cricket 

Unfortunately went down to Alkira SC, Cranbourne in Yarragon in the State Quarter Final. Sonny Johnson 22* and Chance Lindrea 23 got CCS to a defendable 8/87, but Alkira SC were able to pass the total in the 19th over. Sam Duffield (2/8 off four overs) was the pick of the CCS bowlers. Thanks to Chris Smart for coaching the team this year. 

Year 7 Tennis 

Faced strong opposition at their state final competition in Maribyrnong College, Frankston High School and Balwyn High School. The team were two just games off a win against Frankston HS. Thank you to parents for transporting these students on the day.
