VCE Food Studies

Year 11’s have been looking at characteristics of apples as part of their work on Australia’s Food Production. They collected data and mapped it using a Spider Chart, along with preparing a delicious apple crumble.

Year 12’s have been busy learning about environmental sustainability within our food system. As they are swiftly winding through Unit 4, they have been looking at the benefits of using lentils and jackfruit as an alternative to meat.
