P&F News and Information

We are nearly at the end of Term 3 and it's been another busy & fun term!

Thank you to everyone for supporting the St Finbar's Dad's at the Dad's Footy Match - it was a great day out for everyone and the fundraising in conjunction with the Dad's Footy has been fantastic - we are looking to use the funds to replace/repair the basketball hoops & backboards around the school (along with the netball rings).

A big thank you as well to the Grade 2 & Grade 3 Reps for all their work in organising the Fathers Day Stall & Father's Day Breakfast, both of which were a great success!

There are a few final dates for this term - 

Thursday 10th September      RUOK Day

Friday 11th September           Italian Day & Lightening Prem Basketball (relevant Grade 5 & 6's)

Monday 14th September    Cluster Day for Grade 5 & 6

Wednesday 16th September  Grade 5 & 6 Science Afternoon Open Classrooms from 2.30pm

Friday 18th September           St Finbar's Feast Day & End of Term Mass @ 9.30am,

                        Last Day of Term - school finishes at 1pm

Term 4 will be starting off strong with the following dates for your diary -   

Monday 5th October       Start of Term 4

Tuesday 6th October         Grade 3's on Camp

Wednesday 7th October        Grade 3's on Camp & Year 6 Confirmation Family Faith Night

Thursday 8th October       Grade 6 Confirmation Feast Day (Grade 6 Only)

Friday 9th October                  Beginning of Term Mass at 9.15am & Division Aths (relevant students only)   

Sunday 11th October       Confirmation for Grade 6's / 12noon or 2pm   

Monday 12th October     ** Start of Swimming Intensive - runs 12-22 October **
