Year 12 – Applications for University and Higher Education Institutions

VTAC

• VTAC timely applications close on 28 September. Students need to ensure they have submitted and paid for their application by this date. The cost is $83. Preferences for courses should be entered and submitted.
• Mrs Considine is available for students to make an appointment if they need assistance with their application or course preferences.
• Equity Schemes and Scholarship Applications close on 9 October. Students are recommended to have their evidence submitted by 18 September. This will allow VTAC to check that the evidence provided is sufficient to support their claim.

Early Entry Applications for University

• Many universities and higher education institutions offer early entry schemes. For details about these schemes and which institutions offer them, see link below. Many of these applications close in September.

Year 10 Work Experience Process

Year 10 students are still able to apply for work experience in Term 3 and Term 4. Students should remember that their blue form and Safe at Work certificates need to be handed in at least two school weeks prior to the commencement date.
