Step 1  Do you have a Grievance? 

 

  • See if the issue is a violation of our contractWilliams Act or Ed Code
  • No? The issue is not grievable 
  • Yes? See below
  • Reach out to your Site Rep for support 

 

Step 2 Site Rep

  • Meet with Grievant 
  • Set up an Informal Meeting with Grievant (optional) and Supervisor whom the grievant falls on (Principal, Director at DO, etc)
  • Email: ogeagrievance1234@gmail.com with specific details of Grievance and Informal meeting information and outcome 
  • Depending on the above will depend on next steps
