 - No? The issue is not grievable
 - Yes? See below
 - Reach out to your Site Rep for support
 
Step 2 Site Rep
- Meet with Grievant
 - Set up an Informal Meeting with Grievant (optional) and Supervisor whom the grievant falls on (Principal, Director at DO, etc)
 - Email: ogeagrievance1234@gmail.com with specific details of Grievance and Informal meeting information and outcome
 - Depending on the above will depend on next steps
