Hi, I'm Miss Marshall!

I have been teaching at Ruskin Park Primary School in Croydon for the past ten years. 

During that time I spent  seven years teaching Year 4 and Year 6, and two and a half years teaching PE. 

A few years ago I moved home from the Eastern Suburbs to the South-East and was ready to find a school closer to home. 

I have felt so welcomed by the Baxter community and have loved getting to know the superstars in my new class, 3/4O. 

I'm passionate about sport and staying active, and I love trying new activities. My latest adventurous choice was pickleball ! I also played competitive netball for many years, although I've recently had to take a break after injuring my ankle.

Outside of school, my favourite way to start the day is with a sunrise walk and a coffee from my local café. I love hunting down new restaurants and toastie shops, enjoying meals with family and friends. I'm also a proud Carlton supporter and am keeping my fingers crossed that the Blues make the finals this year...!

This year is especially exciting because I'll be getting married during the September school holidays. When we return to school in Term 4, I'll be known as Mrs Watson!
