Physical Education - Tennis Program 2026
Our tennis program has officially commenced, and students have begun developing their racquet control through forehand shots. The focus so far has been on building basic technique, coordination, and confidence when striking the ball.
As the program progresses, students will begin learning backhand strokes and will gradually move towards rallying and match play. It has been a fantastic start, with students showing great enthusiasm while developing their skills each session.
AFLW Girls Football Gala Day 2026
Congratulations to our AFL 9’s teams for their fantastic efforts at the Ivanhoe District AFLW Football Gala Day on Friday, 6 March.
Both our Development Team and Blue Team performed exceptionally well, meeting in the semi-final where the Blue Team progressed to the Grand Final. Throughout the competition, the girls demonstrated great perseverance, teamwork, and collaboration, showcasing our school’s Learning Powers.
The Blue Team went on to win the Grand Final against Buckley House and will now progress to the Banyule Division Championships in July.
A big congratulations to all players for their effort, determination, and outstanding sportsmanship. We are very proud of their achievements.
