Victorian Government Schools Principal Conference
At the end of May Mrs Mangan and myself, attended the Victorian Government Schools Principal Conference. The conference theme was ‘Leading Together for Excellence and Equity’. We had the opportunity to network with other principals, hear from renowned educators and leading practitioners, to discover new ways to of thinking about leadership in excellence schools, and to learn and reflect from one another.
Cold weather
Please ensure your child is appropriately dressed for the colder weather. Students spend time outside at recess and lunch each day and during Phys Ed and sport session, which means additional layers of clothing may be needed to keep warm. Thank you to those families who ensure outer layers comply with our uniform colours and policy. We currently have no spares.
School Beanies
As the weather starts to change and the mornings become cooler, now might be the perfect time to buy your child a school beanie if they don't already own one. These are available at the school office for $12. (Please note coloured beanies are not part of our school uniform - dark blue or big freeze beanies are acceptable)

School Policies
Our school policies play an important role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and well-organised learning environment for all students. They provide clear guidelines for students, staff, and families, helping us work together to support positive learning outcomes and wellbeing.
As part of our ongoing review process, a number of school policies have recently been updated to reflect current requirements, best practice, and the needs of our school community. We encourage all families to take the time to familiarise themselves with these policies which are all available on our school website. The below policies been recently updated -
