Working with Children Card
Parent/Grandparent/Carer helpers are reminded that a valid WWC is required before volunteering at HPPS for all events, including incursions, excursions and camps.

Students Late to School
Students arriving after 9:00am must report to the school office, even if they are only a minute late. If students go directly to class after the teacher has marked attendance, they may be recorded as absent. This can result in parents receiving an SMS notification stating that their child is absent from school.
Please remind your child to sign in at the office and collect a late pass before going to class to ensure their attendance is recorded correctly.
Canteen Orders
A Quick Reminder from our Canteen & Office Teams! 🥪
To help us get lunches out to your children smoothly and on time, could families please double-check a couple of quick details when placing lunch orders for Tuesdays and Thursdays:
- Cut-off Time & Date: Please ensure all orders are submitted before 9:00 am with the correct date selected.
- Current Grade: Please take a moment to update your child’s classroom/grade for this year so their food goes to the right place!
We’ve had a rise in students visiting the office lately with missing lunch orders. Because our canteen only prepares food to order, resolving these mix-ups can be tricky and creates a lot of extra work for our staff during a very busy time of day.

CSEF applications close on the 19th June for 2026. Hard copies are still available at the office.
Second Hand Uniform Shop
The Second-Hand Uniform Shop will be open every second Friday afternoon from 3.15 to 3.45pm in Term 2 and 3.
