Student Achievements

Congratulations to the following students:
Supporting Wigs4Kids
Mackenzie and Charlize (Year 7) are busy preparing to cut their hair in support of Wigs4Kids, raising funds (and donating some lovely new wigs) to support children undergoing a cancer diagnosis.
The duo is cutting off their locks in memory of George McNees who, at the age of 9, lost his lifelong battle with brain cancer in 2024. George was also a member of the Grenadiers Basketball Club where Mackenzie and Charlize met.
The haircut will take place during the Spirit of George Basketball Tournament on Saturday 15 August. This tournament embodies and embraces George’s character by emphasising courage, determination, sportsmanship and respect.
