A huge thank you to all the staff and students who enabled the day to run smoothly and successfully.

Secondary Rugby 7s

Last term on the 25th June, selected secondary students represented our school at the NSWRugby 7s Tournament at Weebolla Oval in Moree. Both boys and girls played across various teams in U14s and U16s divisions. The games were tough but Phillies students persisted throughout the day and played to the best of their ability. Congratulations to all students on the teamwork you demonstrated. We are all very proud of you and the tries scored were a bonus! A big thank you to Chris Hartin for providing our students with the Moree Bulls jerseys to wear on the day.

Moree Combined Schools Soccer Carnival

Moree Christian School played host to a combined schools soccer carnival in Moree on Friday 24th July. Touch Football Gala Day

Interested Primary students from Years 3-6 attended the NSW Touch Football Gala Day in Gunnedah on Wednesday 29th July. Students had the opportunity to play with their team against schools from Gunnedah, Premer and Carroll as well as learn the rules of the game by refs in the moment.

The day was so much fun students were asking if they really had to leave.

Thank you to Ms Dunford, Mr Barker, Mrs Cosgrove and Miss Busuttil for their efforts.
