What a Term!
What a term it has been! Term 3 has been filled with so much learning. Our students have been on the move, out and about, and buckling down in the classroom to get the very best out of themselves.
Term 3 is always a great term for learning. Students and teachers are well and truly in their groove. They know where they are heading, understand the next steps in their learning and have worked hard to achieve their goals. It has been wonderful to see the growth, confidence and enthusiasm across our classrooms.
A big thank you to all our families for your continued support and partnership throughout the term. It really does make a difference.
We hope everyone enjoys a wonderful and well-earned break. Take some time to rest, relax and recharge those batteries - because when we return, it will be full steam ahead for Term 4!

Year 3 First Reconciliation
A note was sent via Seesaw last week regarding registering your child to make their First Reconciliation on Thursday 29 October.
We now ask all families to please complete the registration form and:
- select their preferred Reconciliation option;
- indicate whether their child has been Baptised; and
- indicate whether their child will require a sacramental stole.

Religious Education: Creation
This term, our students have been exploring what it means to care for God’s creation, guided by the words from Genesis 2:15, “to till and keep.”
Throughout the term, students have been thinking about the responsibility we all have to care for our common home and the small actions we can take to make a difference.
To bring their learning together, our Year 2 students wrote letters to Pope Leo, sharing their thoughts and ideas about caring for creation. They published their letters and sent them all the way to Vatican City!
Now comes the exciting part… waiting and hoping for a response from Pope Leo! What a wonderful way to give our students a real audience and purpose for their learning.
Learning Showcases
A big thank you to all of our families who came along to our Learning Showcases this term. It was a great opportunity for our parents and carers to come into the classrooms, see the learning that has been taking place and, most importantly, hear directly from their children about what they have been learning.

Our students loved having the opportunity to share their work, celebrate their achievements and talk about the progress they have made. We were so proud of the confidence and enthusiasm they showed in sharing their learning with you.
