Session 2: Thursday 17 to Friday 18 September

Junior School Parent Teacher Interviews Cancelled - Tuesday 15th September
Status: Confirmed - Cancelled
Last updated: Friday 11 September 2026
The Junior School Parent–Teacher Interviews scheduled for Tuesday 15 September will not proceed.
Participating Junior School staff may decline to attend Parent Teacher Interviews scheduled after 3.25 pm.
While this action will not involve every Junior School teacher, the College does not believe it would be fair for some families to retain their appointments while others cannot. We have therefore made the difficult decision to cancel all Junior School Parent–Teacher Interviews scheduled across both afternoons and evenings.
We know families value these conversations and that many will have arranged work and family commitments around their appointments. We are sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this will cause.
The College is considering alternative opportunities for Junior School families to receive information about their child’s learning, progress and wellbeing. Further information will be provided as soon as arrangements are confirmed.
If you have a particular concern about your child that cannot wait, please contact their Home Group teacher through the usual College communication channels.
Unit 4 Practice Exams

Updated: Friday 11 September 2026
Unit 4 practice exams for Year 12 students, and Year 11 students completing a Unit 4 subject, are scheduled to proceed during the second week of the school holidays, commencing Monday 28 September.
If further industrial action is announced that affects this period, the College will arrange alternative staffing to ensure the exams proceed as scheduled.
At this stage, students and families are not required to take any action. Students should continue to prepare for the published exam schedule.
