Foundation
Foundation students made Milo milkshakes while learning about the letter M. The students enjoyed measuring, pouring, and mixing the ingredients while connecting their learning to a fun, hands-on activity.
Art - Foundation students read stories about mixing primary colours to make secondary colours. They then completed some artwork based on this.
Year 1/2
The 1/2's have been doing a great job with their reading stamina during readers workshop!
Art - creating colour wheels and textured paper ready for an exciting activity next week.
Year 3/4
Writing: The students completed their writing unit on narratives and celebrated by sharing their creative pieces with their peers.
Skillzone: With the warm weather, everyone enjoyed spending time outside playing Catch 5 while practising their throwing and catching skills.
Art: In art the students took on a new challenge and learnt about adding depth in their drawing by creating one-point perspective shapes. They also painted paper plates for a fun activity next week.
Year 5/6
Our Year 6 students have been enjoying their role as buddies to the Foundation students. With this beautiful weather we've been having our buddies have been able to have a picnic lunch on the grass area.
