District Rugby

On Friday the 4th of September, some year 5/6 students went to Dixon Fields to participate in District Rugby. Everyone that went had a lot of fun. The boys and girls all gave it their best, but we  had a very tough competition. 

For the boys, their first game was against Riddells Creek and they drew 2-2. In their second game, they lost to New Gisborne 2-0. In their third game they lost to Holy Cross 1-0 and for their fourth game they lost to Braemar 2-5. 

The girls lost their first game against Braemar 2-0. In their second game against Holy Cross, they drew 1-1. In the third game they lost to New Gisborne 3-1 and for the final game they lost to Riddells Creek 3-1. 

Overall, we had a great day, and maybe a few of us found a new sport.

Thank you to all of the amazing parents for coming along to cheer us on! Also a huge thank you to Mr O for organising and coming along to this event. We are all so grateful for the many sports experiences that you provide.

Division Athletics

Yesterday 15 of our students attended the Division Athletics at Keilor Park.

They completed in a range of events including high jump, discus, shot put, triple jump, long jump, hurdles and 800m.

It was wonderful to see every student displaying our school values and enjoying themselves.
