Williamstown Cricket Club - Junior Blast Program 

Science and Arts Edutainment Event

Australia's first Science and the Arts Slam - an edutainment event for everyone curious about science, arts, and connecting academic research to hands-on problem solving.

This event sees PhD students take the stage to present their international research in a fun, accessible, and engaging way: From civil engineering and green hydrogen to film and media and language studies, from history to motorsport.

Exciting Cricket Opportunity for Local Kids – Join the Fun with Altona Roosters Cricket Club!

We’re thrilled to announce that this summer, we’ll be running an 8-week Woolworths Cricket Blast program—a fun, fast-paced introduction to cricket designed especially for kids! The program will run on Friday evenings, with four sessions before the Christmas break and four continuing in the new year.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for children in your school community—particularly those living locally—to get active, make new friends, and learn the basics of cricket in a safe and supportive environment. No prior experience is needed—just enthusiasm and a willingness to have fun!

 

To help families get a feel for the program, we’re hosting a free “Come and Try” day on Friday October 17th from 5.30pm at our home ground. It’s a great chance for kids and parents to see what it’s all about before signing up.

Haus of You Candlelight Concert

The Haus of You Candlelight Concert is a night of live music, soulful vibes, and hundreds of candles lighting up the hall—a truly unforgettable atmosphere. This year’s event will feature an amazing lineup including:

  • Halo Vocal Ensemble

Hosted by the talented Milo Hartill, it’s set to be a night of incredible music and energy that we know your school’s parents and families would enjoy.
