Principal's Message

It is with great pleasure that I congratulate Daniel Jerrard who has been chosen to be apart of the Boyz Crew – Western NSW 2026. The Boyz Crew continues to be a powerful platform for boys in dance, and we look forward to seeing Daniel grow in confidence, skill, and performance throughout the program.

Public Speaking Championships - Congratulations to all the students who took part in our Public Speaking Championships.  What a wonderful competition. 

Congratulations to Millie Williams, Phoebe Short, Mia Hattenfels and Oscar Williams who will now go on to the district round in Orange. Thank you again to Kirilee Scott and Penny Maby for adjudicating.

Congratulations to 5M on winning the Primary School - 2D Waste to Art competition.

Kids lit competition - I had the pleasure of taking students to Orange for Kids Lit on Tuesday. The Kids' Lit Quiz is an annual literature quiz for students aged 10 - 13 years.

Quizzes are held in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand and the USA. Teams of four students are asked to answer 100 questions on children’s literature divided into ten categories, which vary each year. Congratulations to our 2 teams who participated.  We placed 16th and 20th out of 29 teams that participated.

Athletic Carnival - We have decided this year to separate our Athletics Carnival into running events and field events. These will be held on separate days. The field events will be held at school on Thursday 18 June at 12:30pm and the running events will be held on Tuesday 23 June at Morse Park commencing at 10:00am.
