2027 Foundation Enrolments
If you have a child starting school in 2027, enrolments are now open. As of 2026, enrolments have moved online; the link is provided below. When you access the link, you will create an account and enrol your child from the account. This is a new process for schools in our area. If you would like assistance, please contact the office and we are happy to help.

ANZAC Day Service
Thank you to the families who attended the Longbeach RSL Sub-Branch’s ANZAC Day Service and march. We appreciated our students representing our school with pride and taking action in their local community.

There has been a wide range of learning taking place across the week in all curriculum areas:
Incursions:
Year 4 students had a wildlife incursion and I wandered through at the right time, getting to see a squirrel glider and a barn owl.

Year 5 had an interesting Parliament incursion.
Our Foundation and Year 6 students spent some time planting and tending to the 1000 Year Forest.
Victorian High Abilities Program
We have a group of students from Year 5 and 6 who are taking part in the Departments Victorian High-Abilities Program (VHAP). This program challenges and extends selected students in literacy and numeracy through a series of weekly online synchronous lessons with students in other schools.
Cross Country

Today our students in Years 3-6 participated in the annual House Cross Country event. It is always wonderful to see the students challenging themselves and setting their own goals for participating in this event. Listening to the students cheer each other on is also another key highlight of the event and demonstrates our students ability to support and encourage each other.
2025 Year 6 Reunion
On Tuesday afternoon, we welcomed our 2025 Year 6 cohort back to school for a reunion. It was lovely watching the students greet each other and have a play on the courts and playgrounds. The students were proud to share some of their highlights from their start at secondary school with their former teachers.

Thank you to Rachael Stone, Principal of Mordialloc Secondary College for visiting our school last Friday to attend our assembly to personally invite students and families to attend the College's open evening.
Enjoy the weekend ahead,
Amelia
