FINAL UNIFORM ORDER FOR 2025
Please note there will be no uniform delivery in the last week of Term 4. This is a busy week for both schools and couriers and if the delivery is not made prior to school finishing then there is a risk that orders are lost at the courier depot over the holidays.
- Final Uniform Delivery 2025 – Week 10 2025 - 8th - 12th December 2025
- First Uniform Delivery 2026 – Week 1 2026 - 28th– 30th January 2026
- Please note the ‘Delivery to School’ option will be suspended after the final 2025 delivery and will reopen on Wednesday 21st January ready for ‘Back to School’ orders.
- Orders for delivery to home will continue to be processed and sent via Australia Post. (Except during our Christmas Closure period from 23rd December to 6th January)
- All stores will close at 5.00 pm on Monday 22nd December and reopen at 9.00 am Wednesday 7th January. Please check the website for each store’s hours.
- All stores will be open on Australia Day Public Holiday 26th January 2026

LUNCHTIME CUTLERY
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PROVIDE YOUR CHILD WITH ANY CUTLERY NEEDED FOR THEIR LUNCH AND SNACK.
ONLINE LUNCH ORDERING
We have a number of children that are missing out on their lunch orders due to user error. Please make sure you select the correct date and move through each step to avoid your child missing out on their lunch order. You can check your receipt to confirm that you've completed the order correctly.
Lunch orders are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Please log in to Qkr! and follow the steps.
Lunch orders are all on line. Orders must be placed by 8:30 a.m.
** Please ensure that you are selecting the correct date for your orders. **
THE JAPANESE WORD OF THE FORTNIGHT
できました (pronounced ‘dekimashita’) which means ‘done or finished’ is the Japanese Word for Week 9 & 10 of Term 4. You can use ‘できました’ (‘dekimashita’) instead of ‘done/finished’ when you have completed a task or done something you are asked to do.

SECOND HAND UNIORM SALE
The second hand uniform sale was another huge success making a profit of $418-00. Thank you to Emma, Mirna and Jasmine for organising this, and to our wonderful Valkstone community for their kind donations.

Please give your $1-00 to your teacher in the morning to ensure you get an icy pole.
JANUARY 2026 HOLIDAY PROGRAM
The January 2026 Holiday Program is now available.
Bookings close at 6pm on Friday 12th December
The program will run from Monday 5th to Friday 23rd January.
Curriculum Days January 2026
Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th January 2026 are Curriculum Days
OSHC will run full day programs on both these days.
The program for these days are with the January Holiday Program
The programs are available from the OSHC service, School Office or email Debbie at: debra.russell@education.vic.gov.au for a copy.
Booking requests must be made via the Xplor App.
We have 97 places available each day. If we reach capacity, your booking will be rejected and you will be placed on a waiting list

In order for your child to be featured, please complete the Media Permission form on Compass.
LOST PROPERTY
Lost property is located outside the gym near the STEM room.
This is not for children to just take any jumper/hat they find in the lost property.
Children should only be taking their own items.
Please remember to put your name on your school jumpers, hats etc. to ensure that we are able to return them to you.
