Get ready to run in colour!

This Friday marks an exciting milestone as we approach the final weeks of the year, and what better way to celebrate than with our  School Colour Run!

The oval will transform into a rainbow of energy and excitement as students from Years Prep through to Year 6 take their turn racing through clouds of vibrant, safe colour powder. It's one of our most anticipated events, and this year promises to be bigger and better than 2024.

The excitement kicks off with our Year 5 students at 12:20pm, followed by timed slots throughout the afternoon ensuring every year level gets their moment to shine (and get very messy!). Parents are welcome to join us and watch from 12:20pm onwards. Please refer to the Compass message for detailed timings and information.

****Please Note: there are no lunch orders on Friday, due to the Colour Run times****

The grand finale will be our special "sliming assembly" at 3:00pm on the oval. Students will gather facing the shade sails for this slippery, slimy celebration. This year I have a reprieve from slime as I didn't get selected by the winning class! I have however included a few photos below of the hilarity of last year, just to get you excited. There are however multiple teachers getting slimed, and perhaps even one of the Assistant Principals. If you have a scroll through the photos below, you will see that both Mr Rounsley and Ms. Sheppard quite enjoyed sliming me last year, so I'm hoping to be able to return the favour this year!

Please ensure that your children wear clothes and shoes that can get colourful and dirty. The colour powder is non-toxic and washable, but it's definitely best to save the school uniform for Monday!
