What an amazing (and busy) term it has been in the Yellow-Tails classroom! 

Reflecting on the term, we have packed so much into the 9 weeks so far. A huge credit must go to the students for the grit they’ve shown, always striving to be at their best no matter the task.

Recently in our classroom students have been exploring British Colonisation of Australia and Indigenous Perspectives. Student have expanded their knowledge in these two areas through a range of classroom activities. Some focus areas have been The First Fleet, Indigenous peoples use of native plants, The Shipwreck Coast, convict life in Australia, Bennelong and Pemulwuy.
