However, as educators and parents, it is crucial to ensure that children use technology responsibly and safely. Monitoring screen time and children's access to online games and social media is essential for their overall well-being and development.

Excessive screen time can have several negative effects on children, including reduced physical activity, disrupted sleep patterns, and impaired social skills. It is important to establish a healthy balance between screen time and other activities. Encouraging children to engage in outdoor play, reading, and family interactions can help them develop a well-rounded lifestyle.

Online games can be a source of entertainment and learning; however, they also come with potential risks. Some games may contain inappropriate content or encourage addictive behaviours. It is vital for parents and educators to be aware of the games children are playing and to ensure they are age appropriate.
