Learning Highlights from Thalgarrah!!

Our learning theme at Thalgarrah this week -  is to celebrate Naidoc Week.  National NAIDOC Week celebrations are held across Australia in the first week of July each year to celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.  This year, NAIDOC Week’s theme is “50 Years Deadly”.  It’s all about celebrating 50 years of achievements, culture, and history of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.  NAIDOC Week is an opportunity for all of us to learn about First Nations cultures and histories and participate in celebrations of the oldest, continuous living cultures on earth.

LOST PROPERTY

Our lost property basket is overflowing with jackets, hoodies and jumpers.  Please check at the office for lost items.  If the clothing is not collected by the end of term, it will be donated to the clothing pool.

 PEARL PEARCH LUNCH ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE EVERY THURSDAY - Get your orders in before 8:30am and don't forget to select your child's class.
