Parents are warmly invited to come and support during the upcoming PCG Swimming Carnivals. They will be held in the College Pool during the following times:
Monday, 9 February:
- Year 9 Period 3 & 4 (11.00am-12.45pm)
- Year 8 Period 5 & 6 (1.15pm-3.05pm)
Wednesday, 11 February:
- Year 10 Period 3 & 4 (11.00am-12.45pm)
- Year 7 Period 5 & 6 (1.15pm-3.05pm)
Carnivals are intended to be inclusive & participation-based with all students expected to swim. Those unable to do so are expected to have a medical certificate. Instructions for students and staff regarding uniform and event sign-ups etc. have been given out this week. Please contact your son’s PCG or PE teacher if you have any questions regarding the day. Best wishes to all students in preparation for a great event.

TCRC Fund-A-Breakfast
The TC Rowing Club (TCRC) is one of the College’s largest and most active ‘friends of’ groups, which supports numerous aspects of the rowing program. This includes the provision of breakfast items for rowers after training.
Understanding that time is precious, and it can sometimes be difficult to commit to volunteering for breakfast-provision services, the TCRC has developed another way to contribute… the ‘Fund-A-Breakfast’ program!
Funds raised will go towards the provision of breakfast for the rowers, which can include (but is not limited to) items such as oats, cereals, muffins, bacon and eggs, and other delicious goods.
Families are welcome to contribute as much or as little as they like, and as often as they like. All funds gratefully accepted.
$80 – Breakfast for a crew (9x persons)
$250 – Breakfast for a year level
$750 – Breakfast for the club
Other donation amount (starting from $50) – ‘make a breakfast’
