Healthy Tracks

As you may have noticed in the local area, there are Galilee decals on the footpath, directing students, families and the wider public to Galilee so everyone knows how much further there is to reach the school.

This Healthy Tracks partnership with the City of Port Phillip was formed in 2019 and we look forward to continuing and strengthening the relationship.

The map below identifies the routes that the City of Port Phillip encourages our students to walk, ride or scoot to school on.  These routes are included on our Local Walks form so our teachers and staff can take students along these routes (parents will be notified via Dojo if and when the students attend a local walk).

Keep an eye out for them!

Last week GOSH had extended theme "We still want to have fun" due to the previous week lockdown.

Outdoors fun leaders Anthony, Max, Oliver, Zachery, Marco, Jacob, and Roger created a lot of games, which involved dressing up, running, imagination and coordination. The number 1 game of the week was "Zombies" !

Indoors wasn't boring too: we started the week with making the Treasure chest, continued with paper spinning tops which were made by Roger, Sofia, Alexander, Jai, Michelle ,Isabel, Charlotte and Lehara. Of course, later we had a tournament.

At the end of the week, we had a lot of fun as Jai and Max were entertaining guys at the playground by dressing up in different costumes. Alexander made a gorgeous bracelet and drew a huge picture on the whiteboard together with Charlotte and Isabella.
