Important Camp Information Session

With camp quickly approaching we are going to have an information session for parents on Wednesday 22nd June at 4pm in Miss Buzzini's classroom. 

Interschool Sport

Each Thursday there is always a buzz in the 5/6 classrooms as we look forward to Interschool Sport. During term 1, we have sport in the mornings and in term 2 it is in the afternoons. This means in term 2, we have early lunch so we are ready to jump on the bus at 1pm or meet our visitors around 1:15.

This term we have had 5 different sports: they are Football, Soccer, T-ball, Hotshot Tennis and Netball. Everyone in grade 5/6 gets to be part of a team and take part.

It has been great to see the students all having a go, encouraging each other, teaching others how to play, laughing and learning to be part of a team. 

After we depart from the opposing team we meet as a grade 5/6 cohort. We share the results and celebrate both the wins and losses. The captains of the day will talk about how the team played and give special mentions to anyone who they think did a great job.

Thanks to the parents and grandparents who help with transporting or who are able to come and cheer us on.
