Home Care Update

ECA Home Care is now up and running, our focus – and passion – is to keep members of our local community in their homes, with the care and support they need.

We are able to offer services such as

• Domestic assistance – household cleaning

• Personal assistance – showering, toileting, grooming, personal hygiene etc.

• Social support – community involvement

• Meal Preparation – grocery shopping, cutting & preparing meals

• Transport – to and from non-urgent medical appointments, social outings

How can you help?

If you know of anyone in our community that may benefit from additional assistance please feel free to refer them to our service and we can help guide them through it all - from assisting with the application process, right through to ensuring you have the best choice of services to reach their goals.

Private Services

ECA Home Care also offers private home care options that offer the same range of care and support services as a government funded home care package (HCP), the only difference is it’s paid by the consumer. Private care and services are a good option for people who are waiting for a HCP and need support while they wait, for people who want to top up their funded services or may even be a good option for self-funded retirees. There are no lock in contracts, we offer month to month, ongoing, prepaid and one off service options. We can tailor a package to suit any needs or budget.
