Lời Cầu Nguyện

Loving Lord,

Thank you for the gift of education in every form offered to us, 

                      the students of Marian College.

As we start the new year, may our confidence be our foundation, 

                     may your grace be our guide and may hope be our compass for a bright future. 

We pray that we have eyes to see the needs of those around us 

                      and ears to hear their silent call.

We pray our hearts will love well and the Spirit will guide us 

                      through acts of compassion with courage, strength and kindness.

We look forward to meeting old friends and welcoming new friends 

                      and teachers into our lives and the College community.

And finally, in the way of St Brigid, we pray for a generous spirit, 

         to be enthusiastic with our studies and pray for courage to accept new opportunities.

Help us to be attentive to our teachers and the College staff, 

         our learnings and our own words and actions.

Jesus, inspire us to do our best this year!
