Year 10 Camp
Year 10 camp was an inclusive and thrilling experience. Friendships were created, memories made, and no one returned with a broken arm. When we arrived at Alexandra Adventure Resort camp we were introduced to the Assassin's game. Although it was slightly irritating to die at the hands of a sneaky guy who ambushed you at the drink taps, it was also an imaginative way for us Year Tens to bond.
The atmosphere at Alexandra Resort was light, jovial and tinged with suspense as everyone was in constant fear of being ‘assassinated’. Screams echoed throughout the peaceful countryside as students plunged from the giant swing or toppled into the lake when their handmade rafts disintegrated. Wind whistled through our ears as we whizzed across the lake on the flying fox and the pool was an uproar of dives, front flips and bombs.
The crowning event was ‘Nossal’s Got Talent,’ which included a rendition of ‘LaFank’ by Mr Fankhauser featuring the memorable quote attributed to Mr LaBrooy; ‘that’s what she said!’ The winning acts were Aadhi’s um… captivating dancing, Evelyn’s contemporary performance and Esther’s singing spectacular.
Our final day began with Amber the dingo, crocodiles, lizards, snakes, spiders and a very feisty goanna as we watched an Aussie Wildlife Display.
On our return to school, we were greeted with Mr Page's handsome face and the wonderful news of a five day relax. I totally enjoy spending time with my friends, but I don't think I could survive more than four days cooped up with them, especially when they are high on sugar. Cherish the lovely memories we created and prepare for many more!

School Photos 2021
Annual school photos have been taken by Arthur Reed Photos.
To view the images of your child and order photos, you will need to first register online.
- Go to https://order.arphotos.com.au and enter the 2021 image code for your child (from their personalized flyer)
- Tap on ‘Add another child’ to enter the image codes of any siblings
- Fill in your email and mobile details and then review all details before confirming your registration
That’s it! When 2021 photos are ready, you will be notified by email and SMS.
Even if you registered last year, it’s important that you do each year using your child’s new image code to link their photos for the current year with your contact details.
To ensure you are ordering school photos for the current year, please wait for notifications that 2021 images are online before placing orders.
In the webshop you can view photos and customize your photo package; Choose ANY layout, ANY image and purchase multiple digital image downloads.
Order within 10 days of notifications to take advantage of the discounted pricing period and ‘free back to school’ delivery or opt to have your photo order sent directly to your nominated address (postage fees may apply).

Did you know?
Did you know our newsletter can now be translated into a number of different languages? This is a relatively new feature of the software program we use and can be turned on or off using the language selector in the lower left corner of each page.
