Fatima artwork - winner @ Red Hill!
Congratulations Fatima! FIRST PLACE at the Red Hill District Lions Christmas Tree Festival! Our entry was made from sustainable, natural materials found around our school by our clever Year 1 and 2 students with a little help from the Pom Pom making champions in Year 3 and 4. It has Bunjil the wedge tailed eagle on top and his nest as a tree basket.
How joyous to celebrate Aboriginal heritage at Christmas!
Congratulations to all the students for co-creating such a beautiful masterpiece. You can see the Bundjil Tree outside the office all this week. This tree will also be featured in the next edition of our local newspaper!
