Strength and Conditioning

We have now progressed the Five and Five challenge from Week 1& 2 and all demonstrations of the exercises are in the video below.
The 5&5 program is 5 exercises in 5 minutes using a Tabata 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off method. Complete each exercise once, then repeat the circuit.
The program focuses to key fundamental movements tasks (Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull, Brace, Rotate) and can be completed in a small space with limited equipment. The program can be completed every day before breakfast or before you start your school activities.
Each week we will introduce a variation of the movement, increasing the complexity of the exercise.
