2021 COVID-19 Procedures

We will continue with our 2020 COVID-19 practices.  If you are a new family to the school, please ensure you read and follow the below information and processes.  Current families, please use the below information as a reminder of our processes.

Please see the below attachment:

  • In accordance with advice from NSW Health, parents and carers are reminded not to send children to school if they are unwell, even if they have mild flu-like symptoms.
  • If your child is absent from school you must notify the school via Sentral Parent Portal or Seesaw and provide details for their absence eg. sore throat, fever, vomiting.
  • Where possible it would be appreciated if the notification could be made in the morning of their first day of absence.
  • Any student absence in excess of 2 days requires a medical certificate.
  • Any student who displays COVID-19 symptoms (as listed below) must have a COVID-19 Test.
  • Students that regularly see medical practitioners, who could determine that a COVID-19 test is not required, must provide a certificate to the school to confirm that the student's symptoms do not warrant a COVID-19 test. The certificate must also indicate the date that the student is expected to return to the school.
  • Students who present to school displaying symptoms will be sent home from school.
  • All students who have had a COVID-19 Test will be required to follow the 'Steps to Return to School', which includes, emailing a screenshot of the COVID-19 test results to the school email and phoning the office to confirm the student is no longer displaying symptoms.

Kindergarten Parent Reminder

We understand that Kindergarten is a new experience and sometimes toileting accidents may occur. Please ensure that you pack a spare change of underwear, socks, short/skorts clearly labeled with your child's name in a plastic bag in their school bag.

2021 Third Party Consent Forms

If you haven't done so already, please be sure to sign and return the 2021 Third Party Consent Form that was sent home with students last Wednesday.
