Hut Alley
This cubby needs a paint job!
A number of cubbies have called in the painters this term, which of course calls for discussion and decision making, and at the end of the session, some responsibility for the clean up!
The supply of nails, as always is the source of much discussion and sometimes, conflict in Hut Alley.
The supply is deliberately measured as a means of developing a high regard for this resource amongst the builders. At times, all users play along with the idea that nails are in fact the currency of the Alley. For some, this is more fun than the actual building. But for the most part, the children must consider the importance of sharing.
